We are an award-winning building company specialising in architecturally designed renovations and extensions with work all over Sydney looking for a qualified carpenter. This is a site-based role working on projects that range from renovation/extension of existing residential properties to recent residential builds with a focus on quality workmanship and attention to detail. This is a hands-on role on the tools with huge variety of work.
Key responsibilities
Perform hands-on carpentry work on residential renovation, extension, and current build projects
Read and interpret technical drawings and plans
Use power and hand tools with proficiency
Maintain commitment to workplace health and safety
Work collaboratively as a team member and independently as required
See tasks through to completion
About you
Qualified Carpenter with experience on residential extension and renovation work
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans
Excellent carpentry skills including the use of power and hand tools
Keen interest in high end residential construction
Problem-solving attitude
Well-presented, motivated with solid time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn and teach
Team player with ability to work independently
