Our client is a successful ASX-listed organisation with an established Australian and international presence. As the business continues to evolve, they are looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join their high-performing finance team.

This role will work closely with operational leaders and senior stakeholders, providing financial insight, analysis and commercial recommendations to support business performance and decision making.

The Prospect

You will play a key role in helping the business understand performance, identify opportunities and make informed commercial decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Partnering with operational leaders to understand performance and key business drivers.
Providing financial analysis, insights and recommendations to support decision making.
Developing and maintaining financial models and analysis.
Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
Analysing financial results and variances and providing meaningful commentary.
Identifying risks, opportunities and areas for improved performance.




Preparing regular reporting and analysis for senior stakeholders.
Supporting process improvement and broader commercial initiatives.
Providing ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.

About You

You will be a commercially minded finance skilled who enjoys working with the business and using data to influence decisions.

Ideally, you will have:
CA/CPA qualification or equivalent.
5+ years' experience in commercial finance, FP&A; or Finance Business Partnering.
Solid budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling experience.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate financial information into actionable insights.
Advanced Excel skills, with exposure to BI/reporting tools advantageous.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
