In this role, you will be responsible for:
Providing exceptional front-line customer service to all our members and visitors
Handling enquiries, bookings, and requests in a friendly and effective manner
Ensuring the coworking spaces are well-maintained and presentable at all times
Assisting with event coordination and administrative tasks as required




Collaborating with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements
Acting as the primary point of contact for our customers, fostering strong relationships

Prerequisites for the role include:
1 years' experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the office building centre & customer service industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and friendly demeanour
Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle inquiries effectively
Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work setting
Proficient in using relevant technology and software to deliver high-quality service
A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently
