About the role

This is a varied, hands-on retail position. You'll help customers keep their pools and spas in top condition by providing great service, practical advice and the right products for their needs.

Key responsibilities
Assisting customers in-store and over the phone
Preparing customer quotes and following up on sales enquiries
Providing pool care advice and helping customers select the right products
Conducting water tests and explaining the results and recommended treatments
Replenishing stock, maintaining displays and keeping the store clean and presentable
Assisting with the opening and closing of both stores as rostered
Taking ownership of your work and helping ensure the stores run smoothly

About you
A friendly, approachable personality and a genuine passion for customer service
Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers
A positive attitude towards sales, including preparing quotes and following up enquiries
Positive organisation skills and attention to detail




Confidence using computers and a willingness to learn new systems
A reliable, flexible approach and a willingness to learn
A current driver's licence
Availability to work weekends as part of a roster
