About the role
To support our business development, we are seeking a Grounds Labour to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of the grounds maintenance service at our key sites in Bundaberg and Hervey Bay area. 3 or 4 days a week Monday to Friday 7.30am – 3.30pm.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Strict compliance with all CMBM and Client’s rules, policies and procedures
Operate and maintain equipment
Upkeep and maintain gardens and lawns as directed
General grounds works as required e.g., edging, whipper-snipping, moving, hedging and pruning etc.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, promoting a safe working workplace
Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate:
A track record of success in a similar role
Ability to use mechanical / hand held landscaping equipment
Solid attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work on your own and take lead of the works within the ground side of the sites
Hold a current Australian licence, and have own transport
Blue Card, White Card, Police Check or willing to obtain one and checkable work reference
Must be physically fit and capable of performing labour-intensive tasks
