What You’ll Be Doing:
Win recent contract and augmentation business across enterpriseand mid-market tech clients
Engage with CTOs, Heads of Engineering, Data Leaders and otherdecision-makers
Tailor workforce solutions – from single-contractors to embeddedsquads
Partner with our high-performing delivery team to ensure successfrom pitch to placement
Grow accounts through referrals, renewals, and consultativeupselling
Keep your pipeline sharp and your CRM tighter – we’re targets-driven, but people-first

What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years recruitment experience (Ideally Data & Analytics exp)
Experience in IT recruitment, contract staffing,



or tech services sales
Comfort speaking the language of Data, Software, Cloud, or AI hiring (you don’t need to code, but you “get” tech)
You’re a natural connector who knows how to create value and build trust
Self-motivated, resilient, and thrive in a performance-based environment
Bonus points for background in MSP/RPO, professional services, or tech consulting
