We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Customer Service Team for a 12 month fixed term contract.
Based in our busy Australian head office located in Sydney CBD, this role offers an exciting prospect to join our team.

Responsibilities
This position will work across the customer service department on various tasks/duties to achieve greater efficiencies while operating within company guidelines and with a customer focus.
Accurately and professionally process customer requests, in an efficient and timely manner within the customer service team.
Participate in all areas of Export and Import Cargo bookings, documentation and container release tasks.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist in resolving enquiries for both internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner related to Shipment, documentation, Invoices and claims.




Comply and follow Hapag-Lloyd standard operating procedures and local area guideline to perform their task as customer service coordinator.

Proficiency with basic user application systems (e.g. MS Office Suite)

Ideal candidates would also have:
Basic work experience in liner shipping or freight forwarding.
Knowledge of/proficiency with specific CRMS, and user application systems (e.g. Salesforce, SAP)
