About the Role
As Office Manager, you’ll keep our operations running smoothly while actively contributing to the success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Managing office administration and filing
Bookkeeping and accounts management
Confidently using Xero for invoicing, reconciliations, BAS preparation, payroll, and reporting
Supporting management with daily administrative and growth-related tasks
About You
Strong background in office administration and bookkeeping
Excellent knowledge of Xero
Professional phone manner and clear communication skills
Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
A team player who is invested in the growth and success of the business
Previous experience in a trade or service-based company (preferred but not essential)
