Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Unley, South Australia. This permanent, full-time position is essential for providing high-quality care to our aged care residents. The successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting health and wellbeing, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible support in a protected and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to aged care residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring residents for any adverse reactions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individual care plans.
Conduct regular health assessments and document changes in residents’ conditions.
Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding health management and care options.




Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with organisational policies and legal requirements.
Participate in staff training and development initiatives to enhance nursing practices and improve resident care.

Qualifications:
Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting.
Solid clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
