The Site Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining a safe working workplace.

Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and in office personnel.
Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays.
Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction activities.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control.




Maintain accurate records of site activities and materials used.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in construction management or a related field is advantageous.
Entry-level experience in construction or site supervision is preferred.
Robust organisational and time management skills.

Basic knowledge of construction processes and safety standards.

Current General Construction Induction Card (White Card).
