Datacom Australia is seeking a Service Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering high-quality IT support by phone, email, and alert monitoring. You’ll work within the Managed Services team and follow ITIL processes to triage and resolve incidents.
Ideal candidates are self-starters with solid interpersonal skills, customer focus, and a team-oriented mindset. Full time, rotating hours across a Monday–Sunday roster, based in Adelaide.
