As an Enrolled Nurse at Heathcote Health, you will provide protected, effective and evidence-based nursing care to residents while supporting the overall quality and performance of the RACU.
Key responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with best practice.
Support optimal care quality and contribute to the smooth operational performance of the RACU.
Assist with policy and procedure development and review.
Facilitate exceptional care through assessment, observation and evaluation of residents.
What you need
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
Endorsement for medication administration.
A commitment to person-centred care and evidence-based practice.
