The Quality Advisor is accountable for the effectiveness and efficiency of the Quality Management System across the site.
The Quality Advisor is responsible for monitoring and driving compliance to meet the required certification and PACT Group requirements. Working under the direction of the Site Manager, this role addresses quality and environmental concerns while facilitating solutions that lead to zero harm with high levels of customer satisfaction and reduced plant costs.

We specialise in the manufacture and supply of rigid plastic and metal packaging servicing for the consumer and industrial sectors.
As Supply and Demand Planner, you will perform a pivotal role as the conduit between supply planning and manufacturing scheduling.
This includes forecasting, demand & supply planning as well as the S&OP; process to unlock capacity and maximise plant performance.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
Lead site quality, food safety and compliance programs.
Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
and certification standards.
Drive quality investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve quality issues and improve performance.
Promote a strong quality and safety culture through coaching, training and continuous improvement.
Support site WHS initiatives, including risk assessments, audits and hazard management.
Your skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
Experience in a Quality, QA or Quality Systems role within manufacturing.
Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP, FSSC 22000 or similar quality standards.
Proven experience in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive mindset with a passion for quality, safety and continuous improvement.
The ability to influence teams and drive positive change across the business.
