Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Property Management Assistant to join our team in Toongabbie, Recent South Wales. This entry-level position is essential for supporting the daily operations of our property management services. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring tenant satisfaction and maintaining the quality of our properties, contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of property listings and tenant inquiries.
Coordinate property viewings and inspections for prospective tenants.
Maintain accurate records of tenant applications and lease agreements.
Support the property management team in administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
Respond to tenant requests and issues in a timely and qualified manner.




Assist in the preparation of property maintenance schedules and liaise with contractors.
Help organise and attend property inspections and meetings.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in property management or related field is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred but not essential.
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A valid driver’s licence is desirable.
