About the Opportunity

We’re looking for exceptional Bar Managers to join the opening team for these exciting new venues. You’ll play a key role in shaping the culture from day one, leading high-performing bar teams, driving exceptional beverage experiences,



and creating unforgettable moments for both our guests and our people.

Location: Melbourne CBD.

What You’ll Bring
Proven experience leading high-performing bar teams
Strong leadership and people management skills
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Thrives in rapid-paced, high-pressure service environments
Extensive cocktail and beverage knowledge
Experience with stock control and inventory management
Ability to build a positive team culture and solid working relationships
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Proven ability to achieve and exceed GP targets
Sound understanding of labour management and Work Health & Safety (WHS) compliance
