Female Support Workers – Caboolture QLD | Immediate Start

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Female Disability Support Workers to provide mental health support to female participants. If you are a dedicated Support Worker looking to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide person-centred, recovery-oriented mental health support
Support participants with complex behaviours and behaviours of concern
Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and individual support plans
Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and routines
Support community access, appointments, and social participation
Monitor wellbeing, manage risk, and follow NDIS practice standards
Complete progress notes, incident reports, and documentation





Essential Requirements:
Certificate III or higher in Disability, Mental Health, or Community Services
Experience in mental health or psychosocial disability is highly preferred
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
Current First Aid & CPR
Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
Solid communication and de-escalation skills
