We are looking for compassionate and capable Female Support Workers to support a female participant with complex mental health needs in Brisbane’s northern suburb – Caboolture QLD.
You will provide one-on-one support focused on independence, wellbeing, and community participation, following a structured and individualised support plan.
Key Responsibilities:
Support community access, social participation, and skill development
Implement mental health support strategies in line with the participant’s care plan
Build a positive, respectful, and trusting working relationship
Complete accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the support team
Adhere to all NDIS quality, safety, and compliance standards
Requirements:
Demonstrated work experience supporting individuals with complex mental health needs
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card
Current First Aid and CPR
Reliable transportation and Australian’s Driver License
Solid communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving ability
A genuine commitment to person-centred care and promoting independence
