Gippsland Health Alliance is seeking a Service Desk Officer to join our ICT Operations team on a casual basis at Latrobe Regional Health in Gippsland. You will provide Level 1 ICT support, triage calls, and help maintain service delivery in a quick-paced hospital workplace.
Ideal candidates have exceptional customer service, robust organisation, IT knowledge (Windows, Office, Exchange), ITIL familiarity, and the ability to work in rotating shifts.
