Siri Realty Group is a leading Sydney-based Project Marketing Agency. We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Channel Sales Manager to take their next step and drive our partner agent network.

The successful applicant will join a proven, trusted agency. You will work with a passionate team of professionals in our up-to-date office in Rhodes.

Key Responsibilities
Network Growth : Recruit, onboard, and manage external real estate agencies, mortgage brokers, and channel partners.
Lead Generation : Conduct prospecting calls and presentations to secure recent channel relationships.
Project Promotion : Present display suites, masterclasses, and project briefings to external partner agents.
Target Achievement : Meet monthly channel sales volumes, revenue targets, and partner-activation KPIs.
Deal Coordination :



Manage the sales process from partner introduction through to exchange and settlement.
Relationship Management : Provide exceptional support, product training, and marketing collateral to your network.

Requirements
Language : Bilingual skills with fluency in English and Mandarin (preferred).
Experience : Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience, with a preference for channel or project real estate sales.
Network : Existing relationships with local or international sub-agents and referral partners is highly regarded.

Remuneration : Competitive Base Salary + Industry-Leading Commissions
