We are looking for energetic, customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Section Waiter at Kid Kyoto.

Section Waiters are tasked with providing our customers with a superior experience, ensuring all orders are taken correctly, delivered promptly, and keeping the restaurant clean and organized at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

-Greet customers with hospitality and friendliness.
-Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner.
-Explicit used plates, glasses and other items from tables in a timely manner.
-Maintain a clean, organized and presentable workspace while adhering to all food safety guidelines.
-Resolve guests' complaints in a timely and professional manner.




-Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

-Previous experience as a section waiter required.
-Excellent customer service skills required.
-Ability to multitask and remain organized in a quick-paced and sometimes chaotic workplace.
-Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-Must be able to work as part of a team.
-Must be able to carry 3 plates
-Must possess a valid state alcohol certification. NSW RSA
