SYMMETRY HUMAN RESOURCES GROUP PTY LTD on the Gold Coast presents a senior Plant Manager chance. You will have overall responsibility for day-to-day site performance, leading roughly 150 employees including Production Managers, Supervisors and Line Leaders, and driving safety, quality, cost and efficiency.

This hands-on role requires 5+ years in production or plant management, a degree in Engineering or Business, and proven Lean/continuous improvement experience.
