You will partner with site leadership to implement the WHS management system, conduct hazard identifications, investigations and inspections, and manage contractor safety across the operation.
You will lead the WHS Committee, promote open communication, and mentor leaders to embed safety in daily tasks while contributing to employee wellbeing initiatives.
