Communify is seeking an Intake Worker for the Springboard program in Spring Hill, QLD. This part time fixed-term role covers 30 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, with a view to permanency.

The intake worker will be the first point of contact for participants and referrers, guiding them through eligibility and program commencement. You will assess readiness, coordinate intake activities and maintain ongoing contact to support engagement.
