We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hairdressing and a solid desire to provide exceptional customer service. As a Senior Hairdresser, you will be responsible for providing a range of hairdressing services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring junior staff members.
Responsibilities:
Provide a range of hairdressing services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling
Consult with clients to determine their hairdressing needs and preferences
Recommend hair care products and treatments to clients
Manage and mentor junior staff members
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Keep up-to-date with the latest hairdressing trends and techniques
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and skilled manner
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a hairdressing program or apprenticeship
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a hairdresser
Solid knowledge of hairdressing techniques and trends
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
