Jay Jays is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Merrylands store in NSW. The role is part time (min 25 hours per week) with weekend, late-night, and public holiday availability.

You will support the Store Manager to drive sales, achieve KPIs, and ensure the team delivers excellent customer service in a streetwear-driven workplace. Responsibilities include coaching staff, stock management, and maintaining a fresh store appearance.
