Advertising Council Australia (ACA) seeks an experienced Paid Media & Performance Manager on a part time/contract basis (1–2 days per week). You will lead paid media across Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok, driving lead generation, conversions and sales while shaping strategy with the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager.

You’ll analyse performance, optimise budgets and collaborate to deliver measurable ROI for ACA’s campaigns across multiple brands. Versatile working arrangements are offered.
