We're hiring seafood processors to join our friendly team.

About the Role:
Processing fresh seafood, including filleting fish and shucking oysters
Packing and preparing orders for local restaurants and retail customers
Maintaining a clean, efficient, and organised workspace
Supporting a small, dedicated team in a quick-paced workplace

Who We're Looking For:
Experience in seafood handling (filleting/shucking) is essential
A great attitude, a solid work ethic, and a willingness to learn
Confidence working both independently and in a team
Valuable communication and basic numeracy skills
A current Australian Driver's Licence




Must be available to work Saturdays
Physically fit – able to lift, carry, and be on your feet for most of the day

Monday to Saturday shifts (no nights except during peak periods like Christmas & Easter)

Paid under the Seafood Processing Award MA , with above-award rates or salary package for the right candidate
