Programmed Maintenance Services in Sydney's NSW region seeks an experienced HR, Payroll & Compliance Coordinator. You will own key people, payroll, and Return to Work functions across the business, supporting managers and staff with policies, compliance and employee relations.

The role covers recruitment, contracts, payroll processing and workplace policy development in a busy wholesale bakery setting. A degree/diploma in HR or related field and 3+ years HR experience are required.
