Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $36.81 per hour
Opportunity: Temp to Permanent

We're currently looking for a Data Entry Officer to join the team of a well-established not-for-profit organisation based in Noble Park.

What You'll Be Doing
Entering and updating data accurately across internal systems and databases
Checking and verifying information to ensure everything is correct and complete
Maintaining accurate records and keeping information up to date
Handling confidential and sensitive information professionally
Assisting with general administration and data-related tasks
Working closely with the wider team to meet deadlines and daily targets
Following processes and procedures to ensure a high level of accuracy





What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
Previous experience in data entry, administration or a similar role
Excellent attention to detail and a robust focus on accuracy
Valuable computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel
Robust organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work independently while also being a outstanding team player
A reliable and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
