Haven Care Australia Pty Ltd – Canberra ACT is seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team supporting participants living with Huntington’s disease and progressive neurological conditions.

You will work in a Supported Independent Living setting, providing person-centred care and adapting to changing needs with a focus on dignity and quality of life. Training and clinical support are provided, with a cooperative, multidisciplinary team.
