Yancoal Australia is seeking a CHPP Manager to lead the CHPP and Boonal TLO operations in Central Queensland. The role will manage maintenance and contractor teams to optimise coal production while emphasising safety and continuous improvement.

The position requires senior mining leadership, contractor management experience and a solid focus on cost efficiency and stakeholder liaison. Adaptable commute or residential options are available.
