About the Role

Customer service is at the heart of everything our client does. They’re seeking someone who understands the value of a respectful, customer-first approach.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact, handling a high volume of support calls, managing the ticket queue, and maintaining detailed documentation.



You’ll be expected to keep clients updated regularly and ensure their issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.

12+ months experience working in a Managed Services
