Contracts Administrator

An established and growing commercial builder is looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join their Brisbane team and play a key role across a strong pipeline of projects.

With a diverse project portfolio spanning commercial, education, industrial & healthcare, this is an opportunity to join a builder with a solid reputation, exciting projects and genuine long-term career prospects.

The Role
Manage contracts from procurement through to project completion
Prepare, assess and negotiate variations, progress claims and EOTs
Manage subcontractor procurement and contract administration
Monitor project costs, budgets and financial reporting
Assist with forecasting, cost control and commercial reporting
Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients
Work closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team

About You




3+ years’ experience in a Contract Administrator role within commercial construction
Solid understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
Experience across commercial, education, industrial or hospitality projects
Robust subcontractor management and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
