Customer Service & Administration Officer

About Our Client
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing both phone and face-to-face service while managing a range of administrative duties. You will work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure the smooth coordination of orders and dispatch.
What You Will Be Doing
Provide exceptional phone and face-to-face customer service
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Coordinate sales and dispatch activities
Manage emails and general correspondence
Prepare invoices and schedule customer bookings
Perform general administrative duties and data entry
Maintain accurate records and documentation
What You Will Need
Confident using Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with invoicing and dispatch is essential
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of attention to detail
