Happy Faces Disability Support in Lavington NSW seeks a reliable, compassionate Disability Support Worker to join the team for active overnight shifts in a supported living setting. You will monitor participants, provide personal care, assist with overnight needs and complete charts and handovers as required.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in disability support or related care, robust observation and communication skills, and a qualified, calm approach for night work.
