Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service: Warmly welcome guests, seat them promptly, and present menus.
Order Taking & POS: Take accurate food and beverage orders using our point-of-sale system and convey special dietary requirements to the kitchen staff.
Table Maintenance: Serve food and drinks efficiently, check in on guests throughout their meal, and clear tables promptly.
Prep & Station Care: Assist with daily setup and pack-down procedures, ensuring dining areas, cutlery, and service stations remain clean, stocked, and presentable.
Teamwork: Work closely with kitchen staff and floor team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy lunch and dinner shifts.
Requirements:
Previous waitstaff or hospitality experience preferred, but motivated candidates with a strong work ethic are welcome to apply.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused attitude.
Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a quick-paced setting.
Valid working rights in Australia (Working Holiday, Student, and Working Visas welcome).
Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and peak meal periods.
What We Offer:
Hourly Rate: $25.00 – $35.00/hr (commensurate with experience and award rates).
