Description
The Search Associate is responsible for reviewing, verifying and ensuring the accuracy of a subset of consignment contracts, legal documentation in accordance with company policy, government regulations and SOX compliance.
Qualifications
Office Administration Experience
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Self-motivated and creative while working well within a team setting
Must have an ability to offer suggestions to improve processes/procedures
Organized, detailed-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced setting
Responsibilities
Responsible for reviewing, verifying and ensuring accuracy of a subset of consignment contracts, legal documentation in accordance with company policy, government regulations and SOX compliance
Communicate with departmental staff any changes to contracts and/or consignments
Communicate with Sales and Operations teams in relation to contract issues.
Responsible for identifying consignments requiring lien searches.
Review and clear changes to contract terms.
Record various information to cloud-based system.
Performs other administrative duties as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
