Tandoori Chef Wanted - Evening Work Madam Ji Indian Restaurant - Darlinghurst We are looking for an experienced and reliable Tandoori Chef to join our kitchen team. The position is for evening shifts only, with a minimum of 5 evening shifts per week. Weekend availability is essential. Requirements: - Previous experience as a Tandoori Chef - Positive knowledge of tandoor cooking, naan, kebabs and marinades - Able to handle a busy service and work efficiently under pressure - Positive food preparation and hygiene standards - Reliable, punctual and able to work well with a team - Must be available Friday and Saturday evenings We can offer consistent hours and ongoing work for the right person.
