About the role

Redlands RSL is seeking a Qualified and Passionate Chef/Cook to join our talented kitchen team. Located on the beautiful Bayside in Cleveland, our premier hospitality venue features a busy a la carte restaurant, café, bars, gaming facilities, and function spaces. Key responsibilities
Prepare high-quality, consistent food in a busy, high-performing kitchen
Work under pressure in a quick-paced kitchen workplace
Work effectively both independently and within a large kitchen team
Maintain cleanliness and food safety compliance
Work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and split shifts as required

About you
Trade Qualification – Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
Strong culinary skills – ability to prepare high-quality, consistent food
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen




Team player – work effectively both independently and within a large kitchen team
Commitment to cleanliness and food safety compliance
Flexibility – availability to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and split shifts as required
Legal right to work in Australia
