We are seeking a motivated Site Supervisor to join our construction team and assist in the delivery of multi-residential projects, in Carnarvon, Geraldton and Margaret River.
/n
This FIFO role is ideal for someone looking to further develop their career in construction supervision within a hands-on and supportive environment, working closely under an experienced Site Manager.
About the Role /n
/n
Assisting the Site Manager with the day-to-day coordination of subcontractors and trades
/n
Monitoring site progress and maintaining construction programmes
/n
Supporting site safety and quality control processes
/n
Assisting with material deliveries and site logistics
/n
Coordinating site activities to ensure works are completed efficiently
/n
Maintaining site presentation and compliance requirements
/n
Assisting with defect management and project completion activities
/n
Working collaboratively within the site team to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
/n
About You /n
/n
Previous experience in residential or commercial construction
/n
Ability to work effectively under the direction of a Site Manager
/n
Solid communication and organisational skills
/n
Ability to work well within a team workplace
/n
A positive, reliable and proactive attitude
/n
Good understanding of construction processes and site safety requirements
/n
Ability to build solid working relationships with trades and subcontractors
/n
Desire to grow and develop within the construction industry
/n
