Key responsibilities
Leading and motivating the team through busy service periods
Maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service and presentation
Managing staff performance, rosters and daily operations
Ensuring the restaurant is organised, clean and running efficiently
Handling customer feedback professionally
Taking ownership of challenges and identifying opportunities to improve the business
About you
Previous restaurant management or senior supervisory experience is essential
Confident leading a team in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Organised, accountable and proactive
Lead by example and hold yourself and your team to high standards
Passionate about hospitality and creating a positive team culture
