This is a sales-focused position, ideal for someone who enjoys working towards targets, identifying customer needs and recommending products that deliver a outstanding customer experience. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing knowledgeable product advice, building customer confidence and contributing to both individual and store sales targets (KPIs). Your ability to connect with customers, recognise sales opportunities and confidently recommend suitable products will be an important part of your success in this role.

Proven sales ability: you enjoy selling, identifying opportunities and helping customers make informed purchasing decisions
Confidence and communication: you're comfortable approaching customers,
starting conversations and building rapport

Experience in retail sales or a customer-facing sales role
Flexible availability, including days, nights and late trading
Availability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week and at least 14 hours per week
