About the role

Superior Climate Air is looking for a qualified tradesperson and first or second year apprentices to join our growing team. Our work includes residential air conditioning installations, high-end homes, servicing, maintenance and repairs.

Key responsibilities
Installing split and ducted air conditioning systems in residential properties, including high-end homes and light commercial
Equipment replacements and upgrades
Servicing, preventative maintenance and repairs
Fault finding and providing practical solutions
Working with customers, builders and other trades
Keeping sites tidy and delivering a neat, skilled finish
Apprentices will assist with these tasks and develop their skills under supervision

About you

Qualified tradesperson requirements:
Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
Current ARC Refrigerant Handling Licence
Current QBCC Occupational Licence in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
Current White Card
Current driver's licence
Experience in air conditioning installation, servicing and maintenance
Strong practical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and alongside the crew
Skilled communication with customers and teammates

First and second year apprentice requirements:




Currently undertaking an air conditioning and refrigeration apprenticeship
Current White Card and driver's licence
An interest in hands-on work and a willingness to learn
Ability to listen, follow instructions and work safely
A positive attitude and willingness to help the crew
