About the Role: /n
This position is at the heart of our clinic’s daily operations. You’ll be the friendly first point of contact for our clients, ensuring every visit — whether in person or over the phone — is welcoming, effective, and stress-free.
Key Responsibilities: /n

Greeting clients and managing the flow of pets and people through the clinic
/n
/n
Scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records
/n
/n
Providing clear, compassionate communication and support to clients
/n
/n
Assisting with administrative tasks, marketing support, and stock control
/n
/n
Upholding high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service
/n
/n
Supporting our veterinary and nursing team to help the day run smoothly
/n

You’re warm, organised, and thrive in a busy environment. You take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and can stay calm under pressure. Excellent communication and time management skills are a must, along with a genuine love of animals and people alike.
