About The Role /n

As an Enrolled Nurse , you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver high‑quality nursing care and achieve positive outcomes for residents, in line with Arcare’s values and standards.

Key Responsibilities /n

/n
Personal Care: Assisting residents with ADLs including showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming

/n
Medication Administration: Administering medications as prescribed and maintaining accurate documentation

/n
Health Monitoring: Observing, recording, and reporting vital signs and changes in condition

/n
Wound Care: Providing basic wound care and dressing changes for minor wounds





/n
Assessment & Reporting: Conducting assessments and documenting care via eCase, escalating concerns to the RN or healthcare team

What We’re Looking For /n

Current AHPRA Registration and Diploma of Enrolled Nursing

/n
Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards

/n
Adaptable, passionate, and eager to learn

/n
Robust teamwork and collaboration skills

/n
Friendly, transparent, and effective communication abilities
