We are seeking a passionate and experienced Receptionist/Dental Assistant to join our team.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting our dentists and hygienists delivering exceptional patient care in a friendly, professional, and patient-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

/n

Greeting and welcoming patients, helping them feel comfortable, and addressing questions or concerns

/n

Answering phone calls and managing enquiries

/n

Scheduling and managing appointments

/n

Processing payments and handling accounts

/n

Front office and general reception duties

/n

Assisting the dentist during procedures, passing instruments, mixing materials, and maintaining a clean, sterile treatment area

/n

Maintaining accurate patient records and updating information in the practice management system

/n

Carrying out sterilisation and infection-control procedures to the highest standards

/n

About you

/n

Dental assisting qualification (preferred but not essential)

/n





Proven experience as a Dental Assistant and Receptionist with strong knowledge of dental procedures and equipment

/n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine commitment to patient care

/n

Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with confidence multitasking in a busy setting

/n

A keen eye for detail and dedication to high standards of infection control and sterilisation

/n

A friendly, professional, and positive attitude, with a passion for the dental industry
