We’re hiring friendly, reliable Seasonal Casual Car Park Attendants to help customers and keep our car parks running smoothly. Previous customer service or retail experience is helpful, but not essential.
What you’ll be doing /n
/n
Assisting customers in person, over the phone and through the intercom
/n
Resolving basic ticket machine and boom gate issues
/n
Keeping the car park and equipment clean and tidy
/n
Completing shift logs and reporting equipment faults
/n
Working with centre teams and security to maintain protected operations
/n
What you’ll bring /n
/n
A friendly manner and strong communication skills
/n
Reliability, initiative and a willingness to learn
/n
Basic computer skills
/n
Willingness to help with general cleaning and basic maintenance
/n
A current driver’s licence and current clear police check
/n
Availability during the seasonal period, including weekends and public holidays as required
