You’ll work alongside the Head chef and be required to run the kitchen regularly on their days off. The venue is a busy and vibrant Venue, which serves bistro style food plus full menu.

About you /n

Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills
/n
Can produce consistent quality
/n
Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude
/n
Own traditional uniform and knives
/n
Have experience in quality a la carte dining
/n
Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
/n
Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions
/n
/n
