The fantastic chance
Deliver high-quality clinical care to the residents of our 87-bed aged care home in Lyneham
Permanent part-time role working 48 hours a fortnight
Morning, afternoon and Wednesday night shifts available
Provide supervision and direction to and Enrolled Nurse and Personal Care Workers
Formulate, review and update care plans
Analyse assessment results to determine care needs
Complete comprehensive documentation and progress notes that reflect residents' care
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care

What you'll need to succeed
Degree as a Registered Nurse with general AHPRA registration
Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in residential aged care in Australia
Motivated, personable, reliable, transparent and with a sense of ownership
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
Working rights in Australia (sponsorship will not be offered)
