Your Role /n
As Demi Chef, you'll assist in the preparation and presentation of quality dishes across various kitchen sections. You'll work closely with senior chefs to ensure consistency and efficiency in a high-volume, mostly lunch-focused service setting.

Prepare ingredients and cook dishes to standard under supervision.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organisation within your station.

Rotate through kitchen sections, gaining well-rounded experience.

Contribute to daily prep,
plating, and smooth kitchen operations.

Support junior staff and collaborate with the wider kitchen team.

What We're Looking For /n
You're a team-oriented, energetic chef with a robust work ethic and desire to grow. You take pride in quality and consistency and are excited to work in a refined, rapid-paced workplace.
To Be Successful, You Will Need: /n

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Essential).
/n
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
/n
Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
/n
Strong time management and communication skills.
/n
Valid Australian working rights and driver's licence (preferred).
/n
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
